- Interviewing & Assessment – Skilled in behavioral and technical interviewing, with the ability to evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
- Employer Branding – Ability to represent the company externally and internally, creating a compelling candidate experience and promoting the company’s culture and mission.
- Negotiation & Closing – Expertise in salary discussions, offers, and counter-offers, ensuring successful candidate conversion.
- Project Management – Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring deadlines efficiently.
- Market & Talent Intelligence – Ability to conduct market research, understand competitive talent landscapes, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Process Optimization – Skill in identifying bottlenecks in recruiting workflows and implementing improvements for efficiency and quality.
- Collaboration & Teamwork – Works effectively across teams, including HR, R&D, and leadership, to align recruiting efforts with business goals.
- Tech Savvy – Comfortable leveraging recruiting technologies, ATS systems, sourcing tools, and emerging AI platforms to improve recruiting outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for Engineers at all levels, from individual contributors to senior leaders and managers.
- Demonstrated success driving technical hiring globally, sourcing and securing talent across multiple regions.
- Deliver results quickly without compromising quality—consistently filling roles in under 90 days while maintaining a pipeline of top-tier candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define roles, design interview processes, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring needs.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize performance and stay ahead of hiring goals (~20 hires per quarter).
- Represent the company as a compelling brand ambassador, communicating our mission, culture, and career opportunities.
- Work independently and efficiently, with focus and urgency—critical hires must be delivered on time to support growth.
Qualifications
- Hands-on in-house recruiting experience in SaaS, with a strong track record of filling R&D roles at all levels—from entry/proficient engineers to senior ICs, managers, and directors—including candidates with rare or highly specialized technical skills.
- Highly driven and self-directed—you thrive in ambiguous environments and consistently find ways to get results.
- Proven ability to manage 10–15 open roles per quarter while maintaining both speed and quality of hire.
- Experienced with Lever (or similar ATS) and sourcing platforms, with a demonstrated history of leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, boost sourcing efficiency, and elevate the candidate experience.
- Data-oriented, able to track, analyze, and act on recruiting metrics to optimize performance.
- Committed to continuous improvement—regularly testing and refining recruiting strategies, tools, and processes to raise the standard.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, capable of managing up and collaborating confidently with executives and hiring managers.
